11. Delivery Policy
We deliver across select locations in India. Delivery times are estimates — not guarantees. In case of delays due to weather or traffic, we'll keep you updated. A delivery fee may apply based on your location. For orders above ₹500, delivery is free! 🚚❄️
12. DesTro Rewards Program
Join our "Scoop Society" loyalty program! Earn 1 point for every ₹100 spent. Redeem 50 points for a free scoop, 100 points for a sundae, and 200 points for a free ice cream cake! Points expire after 6 months of inactivity. Terms may change with notice.
13. Allergen Information
Our products may contain milk, nuts, gluten, soy, and eggs. While we take precautions, cross-contamination is possible in our kitchen. Please inform our staff of any severe allergies before ordering. Your safety is our priority! 🌰🥛⚠️
14. Promotional Offers & Discounts
From time to time, DesTro runs special promotions (festive discounts, combo deals, first-order offers). Promo codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be combined. Each code is valid for a single use unless stated otherwise. No retroactive adjustments.

18. Gift Cards & Vouchers
DesTro gift cards are available for purchase and are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. They can be used online or in-store. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced. Vouchers from promotions are non-transferable and have specific expiry dates.
19. Bulk & Corporate Orders
For large orders (catering, events, corporate gifting), please contact our team at least 48 hours in advance. A 50% advance payment may be required for custom orders. Cancellations within 24 hours of the event may incur a fee.
20. Entire Agreement
